During half term, Clare’s family and I all headed down to Portugal to stay for a few days in her parent’s villa, where we caught the last rays of the summer sun! Situated high up in the mountains, we had spectacular views out to the ocean whilst relaxing by the pool and barbequing in the evenings.
We enjoyed a day on the beach, where we all had lunch followed by some ball games. The local kite-surfers came down to make the most of the weather and put on a superb show for us. They provided an excellent opportunity to snap some great action shots as they jumped out of the waves!
It’s a home away from home, and we’ll look forward to going back next year!
