Henry

Sadly, we lost one of our cats, Henry, last month. Henry was one of two cats that we had, and was approaching seven years old this spring. He fell ill not long ago and spent several weeks at the vets whilst trying to diagnose his illness. Unfortunately, Henry tested positive for Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) after a biopsy on tissue from his abdomen. The vet suggested that we keep Henry at home and make him comfortable for the few days he had left.

Henry was a British Blue, and had striking colours in his coat, more so than his brother, William. He was an excellent cat to photograph with some of the photos I have taken winning several photography competitions. He was also a very affectionate cat, one who sought company and could often be found stretched out over my desk as I worked long hours into the night on my Flight Simulator business.
Like most household cats, he became part of our family and will be sorely missed.

This is a small video I’ve put together from a collection of photos and film taken of Henry over the years.
